Cortney L. Smith, China Solutions Founder, has 15 years of joint venture consulting and negotiation experience in the Greater China region. He has cooperated with some of Asia's largest multi-national corporations including, Budweiser, China National Sports Bureau, Channel V (Hong Kong), Coca Cola, Formosa Plastic (Taiwan), Kleenex, Levi Strauss, Lipton, Makro (Germany), MTV, Pepsi, President (Taiwan), Reebok and Shanghai Stadium.

When I first came to China in 1985, I was impressed by the tremendous opportunities, both personal and professional, that the country offered. China's pace of development and desire to build a modern country have continually inspired me.

During my business career, many unique experiences have come my way, which have facilitated my desire to further bridge East and West.

In an expanded version of the win/win theology, China Solutions efforts are aimed to secure positive business results for expanding companies. We are guided by a "no surprises" philosophy and are committed to steering your interests through China's business landscape.

Meet the Management Team:

Remy Smith, China Solutions, Chief Financial Officer, has 14 years on import/export experience. She brings extensive logistics, sourcing and shipping experience to the company. Remy oversees the operations in the U.S. and Shanghai offices, while providing “Top-Notch” customer services, sales and marketing.

Robert C. McKay, China Solution's Production Manager, is a 12-year specialist in factory management and manufacturing. Robert has supplied some of the world's top retail conglomerates with a variety of products. "Back Street Bob" knows the factory belts in China like no other in the industry.

Rhett Farber, China Solutions US Marketing Manager, has over 20 years experience in China and Taiwan. He has extensive international experience in marketing, sales, training, customer service, human resources management, import/export trade, and quality control systems. Fluent in mandarin Chinese, Rhett travels back to China often from his Florida residence to assist our US clients.

Leo Luo, China Solutions Operations Manager, is our man of steel. Leo honed his skills over the last five years by making sure "the job is done right". A strict code of competence has forged his ethics as his background came from being China's first bungee jumpmaster and trainer. His fearless nature and attention to detail make him a valuable player.

Cherry Chen, China Solutions Office Manager, comes to us with sixteen years of experience in the hotel industry. She has been a China Solutions team member for five years and is an essential component to keeping all services polished and the office running. Cherry's nurturing style of management helps bridge the diverse culture in house as well as with our clients.
